The Good 'ol Days of Real Estate

Oh how we yearn for the return of the good 'ol days in the real estate business...when you could put a sign in the yard and have multiple competing offers...when the buyers loan approval meant they would get the loan...when we didn't have to sell the same house several times...when the appraisals came back for selling price or higher...when the sellers left the closing table with a big check...when the sellers left the closing table with a check of any kind...

The real estate business has gotten tough in the last two years. Are there any seamless deals out there anymore? If you are a seller, put on your body armour and take your anti-anxiety pills and get prepared...if you are a buyer too...there is light at the end of your crumbling tunnel. How about knowing that after the deals are done you will have a TON of house for the money and a low-interest loan for as long as it takes you to pay it off. Sit back, put your feet up and sip an adult beverage...it's worth it. Hire a really good Realtor to get you there!
